3. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are subject to our specific refund policy stated at the time of purchase. Generally, subscription-based payments (e.g., monthly coaching) are non-refundable for the current billing cycle once payment is processed. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to video lectures, code snippets, PDFs, and design elements, are the intellectual property of DEV SEC IT Coaching. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicitly written permission from us.

5. Modifications to Service

DEV SEC IT Coaching reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the educational services.
